Provider Programs Manager oversees the provider network administration function of an organization. Collects data, analyzes and reports on claims, utilization, costs and changes. Being a Provider Programs Manager reviews existing and future reimbursement policies, regulations and guidelines. Ensure competitiveness of provider network by the deployment of cost effective programs and systems that deliver results that meet cost control and quality goals of the organization. Additionally, Provider Programs Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Provider Programs Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.     As the Association Programs Manager, you are responsible for managing, and providing oversight for all aspects of AGN education and professional development activities. You will work with the Regional Director and other staff to develop and implement strategies for addressing the professional needs of its members.

    Additionally, you will:

    • Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate the educational programs and activities, including speaker recruitment and session planning for webinars, roundtables and AGN’s annual Regional Meeting with upwards of eight tracks of content.
    • Develop, implement, and evaluate CPE and non-CPE initiatives and programs.
    • Oversee education operations to ensure that AGN maintains its NASBA accreditation status.
    • Direct and oversee the management of member communities (share groups and user groups) with ultimate responsibility for all deliverables and outcomes related to those groups.
    • Maximize efficiencies of community software platforms for member communications, shared resources in the AGN Knowledge Bank and member engagement
    • Coordinate and attend multiple conferences and sub-regional meetings throughout the year.

    What you'll need:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
    • 5 years of professional work experience, CPA firm or industry experience, or recent membership organization experience preferred.
    • Up-to-date knowledge useful of technical matters such as knowledge-sharing platforms, valuable events and in-person/virtual education programs.
    • Higher Logic, iMIS experience preferred.
