Provider Programs Manager oversees the provider network administration function of an organization. Collects data, analyzes and reports on claims, utilization, costs and changes. Responsible for day to day operations of Mental Health Skill Building and Intensive In-Home Programs. Thorough and clear understanding of DMAS and Licensure Regulations and Human Rights Policies. Supervised staff of Case Managers and Counselors. Responsible for all evaluations, disciplinary documentation, reviewing of reports, CAPs. Crisis response for company. Strong knowledge of DMAS and licensing regulations for mental health programs to include Intensive In- Home and Mental Health Skill Building. Knowledge and development of Outpatient programs and Intensive Outpatient and Substance Abuse Groups. Knowledge of the ARTS program. Ability to locate and address internal chart issues and Quality Assurance knowledge. Conduct assessments on all patients and provided ongoing support to patients while in treatment. Conduct performance reviews annually and manage disciplinary processes with staff. Lead treatment team meetings on a weekly basis. Work in close communication with on staff Doctor to coordinate medical and clinical treatment of patients. Development and implementation of Treatment Plan/Individual Service Plan. Reviewing documentation for staff such as Quarterlies, ISPs, etc. and BIRP progress notes.
