    Job Description

    Opportunity at a Glance
    The Senior Manager works closely with the Daisy Foundation to ensure successful implementation of new and existing solutions and collaborations. The Senior Manager collaborates with our Partners and internal teams to enable long term success. The Senior Manager collaborates very closely with our team of Talent Solutions Consultants, Strategic Partner Executives, Marketing, Enablement and Operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as liaison between DAISY and Chamberlain University.  These position will require you to work across multiple functions including marketing, student affairs, workforce development and clinical.
    • Lead the development and implementation of short-term and long-term strategic and operational plans to achieve desired outcomes, consistent with the mission, vision and values of Adtalem. Implement mitigation actions as needed. Ensure that actions produce the desired results consistent with the plan.
    • Plan, execute, track, and share impact and success of the Daisy Foundation partner implementations. Refine and optimize on an ongoing basis in collaboration with internal teams.
    • Drive innovation in our implementation and customer/partner success approaches.
    • Provide reports and dashboards that track activity, results, and impacts.
    • Ensure that all operations are in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations along with the policies and procedures of the organization and institutions.
    • Travel required as needed.
    • Participate in conference planning to ensure that materials are provided to DAISY that promote DAISY and Chamberlain University materials.
    • Participate in Nurses Week and ensure that DAISY is properly represented in the Chamberlain University activities.
    • Assist in the DAISY award at Chamberlain University and seek opportunities to streamline the process and elevate involvement.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
    • Complies with all policies and standards.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree - Required. 
    • Master's Degree - Preferred.
    • 7 years Experience in customer success, business development and related areas Required. 
    • Previous experience in customer implementations / success / support roles; and understanding of the healthcare or education industry. Required
    • Project Management experience Required. 
    • Operational experience in healthcare systems, potentially nursing background.  Preferred
    • Track record of successfully planning, developing, executing, tracking, and optimizing customer implementations and long term support.
    • Excellent collaboration capabilities. Team player, willing to share.
    • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work under little supervision.
    • High integrity and strong business acumen.
    • Strong customer relationships skills.
    • Strong personal presence and communications, consultative and training skills – must be able to work with people of various backgrounds and at various levels including C-level/VP leaders at our partners.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills – must be able to work at a fast pace on many different types of projects, seeing each to completion accurately and successfully; must be able to develop and implement the appropriate solutions for a variety of situations and projects.
    • Proven experience working in Salesforce and project management tools.

    Additional Information

    In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $77996.84 and $140851.54. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
