Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of various programs within our organization. Duties:
- Develop and implement program strategies and objectives
- Collect and analyze data to measure program effectiveness and make necessary improvements
- Supervise program staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure program success
- Lead program development initiatives, including identifying funding opportunities and writing grant proposals
- Coordinate program events, workshops, and trainings
- Utilize social media platforms to promote programs and engage with the community
- Conduct public speaking engagements to raise awareness about program goals and outcomes
- Manage program budgets and ensure financial accountability
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in program management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., public health, social work, marketing) required; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in program management, preferably in a nonprofit or community-based organization
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis
- Knowledge of social media management strategies
- Experience in fundraising and grant writing is highly desirable
