Provider Programs Manager oversees the provider network administration function of an organization. Collects data, analyzes and reports on claims, utilization, costs and changes. Being a Provider Programs Manager reviews existing and future reimbursement policies, regulations and guidelines. Ensure competitiveness of provider network by the deployment of cost effective programs and systems that deliver results that meet cost control and quality goals of the organization. Additionally, Provider Programs Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Role:
The two main goals are to increase family stability and to reduce incidents of child abuse and neglect. We serve as the Region VIII Family Resource Center (FRC), which serves the Northwest Louisiana Region. The FRC offers a continuum of services to families brought to the attention of the Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS). These services include Nurturing Parenting Skills, Resource and Referral Management, Community Outreach.

Qualifications:
You must possess a Bachelor of Social Work degree or bachelor’s degree in a related field. Examples of related fields are psychology; mental health counseling; psychological counseling; sociology; human service counseling; family and consumer sciences with a concentration in child, family, social services; guidance and counseling; human development counseling; or social services counseling.
A good driving record and adequate insurance is required.
