General Summary:

• This position is responsible for the implementation and development of community and professional relationships and for the growth of referral development in the local Baltimore and nearby surrounding area.
• Participates in market outreach initiatives, coordinates, and administers details for referral development projects and events, and develops and maintains effective referral resources to drive business to programming and ensure community knowledge of available resources within Sheppard Pratt system.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Position requires (a) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Healthcare-related field and at least 3 years’ work experience in marketing outreach or (b) a High School diploma and at least 5 years’ work experience in marketing outreach.
• Position requires strong communication skills and proven attention to program detail.
• Work requires current driver’s license since travel is expected approximately 75% of work time.
• Work requires communication skills to represent programs professionally and actively market and promote program to referrers and the community.
