We are very excited to welcome a Provider Relations Representative to our team in the brand-new Riverside market. This will be a hybrid position where you will be out in the field within the Riverside region 3 days per week, and working remotely the remaining two days per week.
Essential Job Duties:
· Initiate and maintain effective channels of communication with our high-quality network of aligned providers through ownership of implementation and provider relations functions
· Establish and maintain relationships with our high-quality network of aligned providers through office visits, virtual visits (e.g., Teams), telephone calls, prompt resolution of issues, and excellent customer service
· Proactively and collaboratively assess how to further serve our partners and measure provider satisfaction
· Guide partners from initial provider training/onboarding of plan policies, procedures, and available technology (e.g., Provider Portal), through ongoing engagement and relationship optimization
Job Requirements:
· Minimum of one (1) year of experience in provider network development and/or provider network management capacity, account management, or provider relations experience in a managed care organization required.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred; may substitute additional years of experience in lieu of education
· Demonstrated aptitude of going above and beyond in providing service to our network partners
· Previous field-based experience with the willingness to travel onsite to assigned region on a regular basis to build trust-based relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $82,074.03 - $87,000.00 annually Bonus Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
