Issue Resolution:- Act as a liaison between customers and dealership departments (such as service, sales, and finance) to resolve any concerns or complaints promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy, working to find mutually beneficial solutions.
Customer Satisfaction:- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Follow up with customers after service appointments or vehicle purchases to ensure their satisfaction and address any outstanding concerns.
Documentation and Reporting:- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the dealership's customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Generate reports on customer feedback and satisfaction metrics for dealership management.
Relationship Building:- Build strong, positive relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell dealership products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
Training and Development:- Stay updated on dealership products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance customer service skills and knowledge of dealership operations.
