D&E Management is currently seeking an individual to join our team as an innovative Client Relations Representative and continue our reach across the San Antonio area. The main objective of our Client Relations Representatives is to provide customers with essential communication tools and establish long-lasting trust with every customer. Our Client Relations Representatives have found massive success by adding a personal touch to the consumer experience. The Client Relations Representative Will be Responsible for:

• Welcoming new clients, providing an overview of services processes, and ensuring that the customer is qualified for the program
• Mastering all client product and service knowledge
• Answering any consumer questions and representing the client according to all compliant guidelines, as well as maintaining high levels of confidentiality with sensitive information
• Empathizing and deescalating consumer concerns with sincerity, understanding, and care
• Recording results of interactions with consumers and bringing results back to clients
• Attending daily team planning meetings and contributing individual ideas
• Providing feedback to clients on how to better improve enrollment processes
• Work closely with other team members and trade best practices

The Client Relations Representative Will be Required to Have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• 0-2 years of experience working in a customer-driven, sales, or client relations environment
• A desire to grow professionally and eagerness to go above and beyond for clients
• A team spirit and ability to work well with others as well as solo
• An innovative spirit and resilient attitude
• An ability to think outside the box and problem solve efficiently
• An exceptional ability to work under pressure and exceed expectations
• Possess impeccable communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
