    The Provider Relations Representative is responsible for collaborating, facilitating, and maintaining key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a successful transition for all new Swedish employed providers. Responsibilities of this role are to effectively communicate with providers throughout the onboarding and off boarding process. This may include responding to general questions, identifying and resolving issues, researching and resolving inquiries from the providers. The incumbent is also responsible for preparing initial credentialing packets and facilitating credentialing and preboarding processes. Performs all duties in a manner which promotes team concept and reflects the mission and values of Swedish.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree. Or equivalent educ/experience. - Six (6) years of experience working directly with physicians in a clinical setting will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

    • 2 years Healthcare experience working with physicians in a clinic or hospital setting.

    Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
