The Regional Office Provider Relations Team is recruiting a dynamic, positive and flexible professional to support the Provider Relations team and contracted provider development, in pursuit of quality provision of supports and services. This position oversees professional staff who offer technical assistance to providers and monitors their service delivery systems to assess quality of services to individuals and compliance with contractual, regulatory and Medicaid Waiver requirements.
This position supports the Western District (Kansas City and Albany) and must be physically present in a Kansas City Office at least one eight hour work day each week. Additional in-office workdays may be required, up to five workdays per week, based on scheduled meetings, at any office in the eastern district.
