Senior Labor Relations Representative - Santa Clara, CA
We are seeking a Senior Labor Relations Representative (SLRR) for our Field Office in Santa Clara, California.
This position coordinates the work of Labor Relations Representatives (LRRs). S/he provides hands-on assistance in the areas of arbitration, negotiations, and political campaigns. The Senior LRR reports to the Field Director and is responsible for coordinating Field Office activities. The Field Office staff includes 10 to 12 Labor Reps and two administrative employees.

The salary range for the Senior Labor Relations Representative is $91,641 - $133,309. Starting salaries are typically at the first step on our salary range, although consideration may be given for candidates with exceptional qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include 18 paid holidays, 3 weeks vacation to start and 5 weeks after 7 years, medical benefits for you and your family, life insurance coverage and a pension plan.
