Being a Provider Relations Representative, Sr. typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Provider Relations Representative, Sr. gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Customer Relations Representative - Northside Clinic (Full-Time)
LOCATION: Family Health Care of Siouxland – Northside Clinic
POSITION: Customer Relations Representative – Full-Time (minimum 35 hours/week)
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Greets, instructs, directs and schedules patients and visitors. This position will serve as a liaison between patient and medical support staff.
SUPERVISOR: Clinic Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to provide quality customer services
- Team player with outstanding interpersonal abilities
- Able to operate basic business machines
- Independent thinker
- Excellent organizational and oral/written communication skills
- Strive in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Desire medical terminology knowledge
- Word processing and computer experience
- Prefer one-year experience in a medical office setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Being bi-lingual is a highly preferred skill
