- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
- Monitor children's behavior and address any disciplinary issues using effective behavior management techniques
- Administer basic first aid when necessary
- Collaborate with parents to understand and meet the individual needs of each child
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting, nannying, daycare, or babysitting role
- Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members
- Ability to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- First Aid certification is preferred
- Experience working with students with special education needs is a plus
- Classroom management skills are desirable
