Provisioning Engineer Director jobs in Lansing, MI

Job Description:

We are a fully licensed organic cannabis grow operation and are looking for someone interested in the industry who can assist with daily tasks from the beginning to end of plant cycle; including but not limited to:

• Potting adolescent plants into soil
• Feeding/watering
• Trimming branches/leaves
• Harvesting fully mature plants
• Post harvest such as curing and dry trimming
• Ensuring the facility is clean and well organized
• Follow safety measures put in place

Skills/Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age and be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as required (soil, fertilizer, and other equipment)
• Must be comfortable climbing ladders
• Basic computer literacy
• Dexterity to use scissors, hoses, and basic tools
• Ability to stand up to 8 hrs/ day
• Must be able to work in humid/hot conditions
• Self motivation to work independently or with a team and improve performance
• Cannabis cultivation experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Gardening/Cultivation: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
