Responsibilities

Noblis MSD’s mission is to support the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCPD) and their missions’ to enable research, development, test and evaluation, acquisition, engineering, systems integration, in-service and fleet engineering with cybersecurity, comprehensive logistics, and life-cycle savings.  Noblis MSD is looking to hire a Provisioning Specialist

The Provisioning Specialist will be working on:

• Providing high-level engineering, technical, and logistics support in support of all aspects with provisioning.
• Managing the development and maintain complete supply support documentation.
• Analyzing various forms of Technical Data Packages.
• Overseeing the program and financial management.

While this is a hybrid work environment candidates should be with in a commuting distance to be able to come in for occasional meetings.

Required Qualifications

Candidate will meet these requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a related filed or Six years of direct experience may be substituted for a degree.
• Two or more years of logistics experience
• Knowledge with the Navy supply systems and procedures
• Experience with Configuration Data Manager's Database-Open Architecture (CDMD-OA)
• Experience with Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD
• Experience with Interactive Computer-Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS)
• Program Management Skills 
• Financial Management Skills

• Active Secret clearance or Ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance

   

Junior-Level: 0-3 years of professional work experience

Mid-Level: 3-5 years of professional work experienceSenior-Level: 5-10 years of professional work experience

Expert-Level: 10 or more yearsof professional work experience

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package for employees.
