Provisioning Engineer Manager jobs in Gary, IN

The Facilities Manager will oversee a group of customers, reviewing their energy consumption and implementing best practices. Responsibilities also include managing the operation and maintenance of the campus's Central Energy Plant (CEP) and mentoring the owner's staff on O&M and energy usage for multiple facilities as part of a broader campus initiative. 

Specific responsibilities include:

• Operation & Maintenance of Central Energy Plant Assets (Chillers, Cooling Towers, Boilers, Building Automation System, etc.) Technical Working Knowledge Preferred.
• Energy Management- Experience with Energy Management Systems and/or initiatives 
• Facility Management and Administration.
• CMMS Experience and working knowledge

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in one or more of the following: 
  1. Managing multiple sites and/or multiple Asset Managers
  2. Management experience in a central plant or facility
  3. Mechanical construction with a large mechanical subcontractor or MEP design consultant
• Ideal candidate will have experience in a hospital setting within the past 3 years.
• Proficient in building codes and related standards.
• Effective communication, both written and verbally.
