Executive Administrative Assistant
The University of Tennessee’s Career Gateway is looking to fill the temporary assignment of Executive Administrative Assistant with the Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs. Through temporary assignment placements, Career Gateway allows the opportunity to work with various departments while gaining valuable work experience. Each assignment has differing pay rates, work schedules, and lengths of assignments. The length of assignments is subject to change. Assignment Length: Approximately 3-6 months
Pay Rate: $20.68
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 A.M. - 5 P.M.
The individual will manage the calendar and schedule meetings and events for the Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs. This includes reserving event/meeting space and catering. Individual will handle email correspondence related to meetings and events and will assist with managing the shared inbox for Faculty Affairs - filing completed documents, forwarding emails appropriately, logging received information as appropriate. Additionally this role encompasses routine financial tasks such a reconciling ledgers, payroll, and procurement cards; paying invoices; and ordering office supplies.
