St. Luke's Health System in Idaho seeks a board-certified psychiatry physician to serve as a regional medical director, “Associate Medical Director” over St. Luke’s Behavioral Health clinics in the East Region located in Twin Falls and Wood River/Sun Valley areas.
This role is the key physician to engage with and lead the physicians, NPs, and PAs in Behavioral Health clinics across the east region. In this region, there are five clinics and over 50 providers in Behavioral Health. The Associate Medical Director will routinely engage with the clinic leaders and all providers to support clinical outcomes, operational performance, and collaboration across the health system to improve the care of the communities we serve. This is a dyad role, supported by an operational director as a partner. The selected physician will report to the Service Line Medical Director and serve on the service line leadership team as well as other committees across the system.
The position is 0.4 administrative and 0.6 clinical in a behavioral health clinic.
