This is a professional administrative position with billing and patient care oversight responsibilities related to our administrative staff. This position will manage the accurate processing of mental health care treatment claims submitted to Parkside’s professional administrative team, compile and provide analysis of monthly billing activity and accounts receivable process and manage all payer related contracts.

This individual is responsible for analyzing existing processes and data and reporting this information to the Parkside leadership team with a focus on continuous process improvement.
This individual will participate in “New Hire” training and provide feedback on trainee progress.
This individual will provide feedback for ongoing performance improvement and training activities.
Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize assigned workload and the ability to relate agreeably and work well with others are essential skills for this position. The ability to calmly respond and react to problems/difficulties immediately is imperative. Advanced knowledge of telephone etiquette and skills are also required.
This professional staff member will have competency performing typical administrative duties including answering telephones, scheduling appointments, and organizing and tracking referrals and other client related activities with an emphasis on attention to details, accuracy, logical reasoning, and mathematical precision.
Position requires the ability to work well with diverse staff and clientele, including economic, ethnic, religious and disabilities. Employee must possess strong relationship skills which bring calm, compassion, and competency to all interactions.
