Job description

Lotus Care Psychological Services PLLC is a private mental health care practice located on Raeford Rd in Fayetteville NC. We are looking for a compassionate and experienced individual to join our team. We service a variety of patients of all ages and psychiatric care needs. Dr. Contino specializes in psychological testing and provides a comprehensive service hub for behavioral health clinicians to grow and learn. You will be responsible for providing counseling services to patients in a private practice setting using different therapeutic modalities to include cognitive behavioral approaches. You will also be responsible for managing your own case load and schedule.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with a high volume of caseload
• Ability to work with a variety of patients (child, adolescent and adults as well as geriatric populations) with a variety of diagnoses , therapy needs and testing needs
• Ability to prioritize tasks and complete them in a timely manner
• Ability to manage multiple clients at one time
• Ability to work with a variety of therapeutic modalities
• Experience with cognitive behavioral therapy is preferred, but not required.
• Experience with trauma informed therapy is preferred, but not required.
• CPR certification preferred, but not required.
