Psychological Services Director jobs in Kennewick, WA
Psychological Services Director directs and coordinates the policies, objectives, initiatives, and programs for the delivery of psychological services to patients. Oversees the treatment of patients with emotional, mental, and or psychological disorders. Being a Psychological Services Director ensures the psychological division follows regulatory compliance requirements and standard procedures. Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Psychological Services Director typically reports to top management. The Psychological Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Psychological Services Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. We specialize in treating clients through counseling directed from testing and assessments. We have a wonderful group of multidisciplinary providers that are fun, friendly and no drama! WA state LMHC, ARNP, or similar licensure required. Associate positions also open at this time. Furnished offices in a beautiful, upscale building provided. Credentialing, marketing, billing, scheduling and admin support provided. We offer employee discounts and CEU opportunities. Full time or part time positions available. Flexible hours and schedule! Hybrid position of in person and telehealth. Not many places give this much flexibility and freedom! PTO and paid holidays.
