We are currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator(Full-time) for our Lancaster, PA location. This is an in-person position.
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will provide front desk support to our clinical team/psychiatrists to allow them to devote their time to care for our patients. In this role, a successful candidate will manage schedules to ensure adequate access to our patients, manage front desk activities including checking in patients, collecting co-pays and deductibles and outstanding patient balances, scheduling follow-up psychiatry appointments, answering phones, responding to voice mail messages, returning patient calls, completing end of day assignments in Athena and other duties as assigned.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
