Overview:

Position: RN Supervisor

Role and Impact:
As the Nurse Supervisor at PAS, you will lead a team of nursing staff in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing MAT for opioid use disorder. Reporting to the Clinic Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and best practices in addiction treatment. Experience in MAT/Addiction medicine, preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the nursing team, including RNs, & LPN's while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, in collaboration with the Clinic Director and medical leadership, to ensure safe and effective patient care.
• Collaborate with the medical team to assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress throughout the course of MAT.
• Oversee medication administration, including methadone and suboxone ensuring accurate dosing and adherence to established protocols.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, documentation, and medication logs, in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Serve as a resource for patients and their families, providing education and support on MAT, addiction recovery, and relapse prevention strategies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program evaluation, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing evidence-based interventions

Schedule Options:
Weekend Shifts:

• Monday-Friday 05:15 AM-1:00 PM
• Saturdays: 05:45 AM-09:15 AM

Qualifications:

• RN Licensure
