Psychological Services Director jobs in Miami, FL
Psychological Services Director directs and coordinates the policies, objectives, initiatives, and programs for the delivery of psychological services to patients. Oversees the treatment of patients with emotional, mental, and or psychological disorders. Being a Psychological Services Director ensures the psychological division follows regulatory compliance requirements and standard procedures. Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Psychological Services Director typically reports to top management. The Psychological Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Psychological Services Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Position Description: Are you ready to lead? As the Director of Cardiovascular Services, you'll take the helm in planning, directing, and managing the department and its staff to ensure quality service 24/7. This role is pivotal in maintaining staff performance and achieving departmental responsibilities in alignment with corporate, hospital, and regulatory standards. You'll play a critical role in fostering patient care excellence, collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams, enhancing customer satisfaction, optimizing resource management, and ensuring efficient departmental operation for maximum productivity and cost efficiency.
Qualifications:
- FL RN license
- BLS, ACLS certifications
- Associates Degree; Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- 5 years of progressive cardiovascular services leadership experience
- RCVT certification (preferred)
Additional Information:
- RN qualification is mandatory
- Cath Lab Director or Managerial experience required
- Facility equipped with 4 Labs, Neurointerventional Suite with Biplane Angiography, Electrophysiology EP / Echo
- Overseeing a team of 20 FTE’s
- Compensation: Competitive and experience-based; Up to 15% performance bonus annually; Case-by-case sign-on/relocation assistance
