Qualifications:
· Required Bachelor’s Degree
· Time commitment: 1 year Considering the training and competencies necessary for this role (dependent on an individual's prior experience and successful completion of the competencies), the training duration can range from one to four months. Individuals applying should plan to remain in the position for a minimum of one year.
Preferred/ Favorable:
· Experience in working in a psychology or other healthcare practice
· HIPAA compliance
· Some education/course work or experience with psychology, mental health, and/or psychological tests
· Previous experience as a Psychometrist / Test Administrator / Technician or in a similar role is highly desirable

Primary Responsibilities:
· Selecting, administering, scoring, compiles data, and reporting results for a large number of psychological tests on patients with a wide range of known or suspected conditions (ages 0-99)
· Accurately records responses, times and scores, and writes detail behavioral observations concerning patient performance during testing, and initiate draft reports on patients
· Be familiar with principles of psychometry and meet proficiency for test administration/scoring/ writing
· Coordinate with the provider / specialist and help organize scheduling, checking in patients, answering calls/emails, data entry/scanning, verifying insurance benefits, and completing encounter notes
· Maintains testing supplies and computer services and participates in psychology related activities such as research, projects, etc.
