Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role will involve a variety of tasks, including but not limited to clerical duties, data entry, scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and assisting with general office organization.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails
• Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Provide administrative support to team members as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
• Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.01 - $24.10 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Newport Beach, CA 92660: Relocate before starting work (Required)
