This position's purpose is to provide in-person and over-the-phone support for each
client, whether they're a new client seeking services or an already established client. We
are in need of someone who basically loves those who call in and need support and
gets satisfaction helping others. Someone who has been exposed to the psychological
field and is comfortable taking calls and greeting clients and others . You will follow
established policies and procedures in relation to the administrative care of clients and
documentation of activities related to the client’s care and progress across the
continuum of care.
This position's main function will be to assist in scheduling Psychological Evaluations
and sending questionnaires to families who are seeking a diagnosis. They will work
closely with the families, our psychologists, and our Administrative team throughout the
whole evaluation process from start to finish. They will also field phone calls from all
centers to ensure that connections are made in a timely manner to best support our
families and clients.
This position is NOT for someone who is simply looking for a paycheck to answer
phones and a few emails. We’re looking for a role model who can be constantly relied
