Psychological Services Director directs and coordinates the policies, objectives, initiatives, and programs for the delivery of psychological services to patients. Oversees the treatment of patients with emotional, mental, and or psychological disorders. Being a Psychological Services Director ensures the psychological division follows regulatory compliance requirements and standard procedures. Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Psychological Services Director typically reports to top management. The Psychological Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Psychological Services Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. We are currently seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our Families First program. Families First provides case management services to youth and families with severe mental health and/or substance use disorders.

    As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing mental health clinical supervision and consultation to our Service Facilitators and Direct Service Providers. You'll collaborate with other Clinical Supervisors to oversee your assigned team of 7-9 Service Facilitators, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLINICAL SUPERVISOR:

    • Provide day-to-day consultation to Service Facilitators and Direct Service Providers.
    • Utilize advanced knowledge to: review cases; assess performance and provide feedback to Service Facilitators or other identified agency personnel; and supervise, assess, teach and guide Facilitators in appropriate service delivery.
    • Ensure the effectiveness of treatment
    • Assess client progress toward established goals
    • Authorize psychosocial rehabilitative services.
    • Provide a blend of direct and indirect client care.
    • Ensure the collaboration of service providers.
    • Provide guidance to staff in decision-making and responses to crisis situations.
    • After training is complete, the Clinical Supervisor will be added to on-call duties to monitor occasional after-hours calls.

    SALARY: $68,000-70,000

    LOCATION: Office is based at the Kenosha County Job Center with flexibility to work hybrid/remote. Must be able to attend in-person meetings as needed with clients located throughout Kenosha County, Wisconsin.

    SCHEDULE: Hours are typically Monday-Friday between 8:00am-6:00pm.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must have a Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related.
    • Must possess licensure and completed 3,000 supervised hours as recognized by the State of Wisconsin (LCSW, LPC, etc).
    • Minimum of two years of experience working with the mental health population is required.
