Being a Psychological Services Director ensures the psychological division follows regulatory compliance requirements and standard procedures. Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Psychological Services Director typically reports to top management. The Psychological Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Lumen Health and Psychological Services Inc. is seeking California licensed Psychologists that are interested in provided testing and assessment services to claimants referred from the Department of Disability Determination Services Division of Social Security.
These are in person evaluations and the Psychologist will have access and utilize the office space at Lumen Health (Citrus Heights or Sacramento) as well as all the necessary testing materials and support systems.
Compensation is based on the reports completed and paid bi-monthly.
This is a contract position and very flexible. Someone looking to diversify their existing work, add testing services to their current clinical focus, or those that want to fill in gaps in their existing schedule are encouraged to apply.
Previous testing experience is required.
