Canvas of Possibilities Psychological Services, Inc. is a group practice that specializes in the treatment of a wide range of clinical concerns. We offer long-term relational and trauma-informed psychotherapy for adult clients. Our practice also has a strong training component, and a well-developed training curriculum for pre and post-doctoral trainees.

About the clinical supervisor: Before founding Canvas of Possibilities, Dr. Kholodova has supervised clinical trainees at two community mental health clinics for eight years. She is passionate about her work with students and has founded this practice to provide strong clinical training for prelicensed professionals. Aside from supervision, Dr. Kholodova has maintained a private practice for over ten years, where she provides long-term, insight-oriented psychotherapy to individual adults and couples. Dr. Kholodova is well-versed in contemporary psychodynamic methods, as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and EMDR. She believes in creating a safe, yet, rigorous learning environment. She challenges her supervisees to think outside the box - to help their clients not only with symptom reduction, but also in finding healing.

• Clinicians who are successful here are driven, mature, and work well independently, as well as in a team environment. They have strong values surrounding professional ethics, strong professional writing skills, and well-developed case conceptualization skills. We primarily use psychodynamic methods and are looking for clinicians who are passionate about this approach. We are also looking for clinicians who have experience providing long-term therapy.

• This is a full-time position and requires a 30-hour a week commitment.
• Applicants must possess a master's degree and be on a clinical licensure track. For pre-doc applicants, completion of the fourth-year internship is required.
