Psychological Services Director directs and coordinates the policies, objectives, initiatives, and programs for the delivery of psychological services to patients. Oversees the treatment of patients with emotional, mental, and or psychological disorders. Being a Psychological Services Director ensures the psychological division follows regulatory compliance requirements and standard procedures. Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Psychological Services Director typically reports to top management. The Psychological Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Job Overview
As a Clinical Supervisor at CCPS, you will oversee and support a team of Associate Therapists providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Reporting directly to Dr. Kristyn Collins PhD, our Clinical Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed care to disadvantaged youth in our central coast community.

Compensation
This is a part-time or full-time, non-exempt position with competitive hourly rates ranging from $40 to $60 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Full-time candidates will be asked to take on a case load of their own (in-person or telehealth) to maintain full-time hours. Hourly rates may be subject to change for therapeutic work compared to supervisory work rates.
