Being a Psychological Services Director ensures the psychological division follows regulatory compliance requirements and standard procedures. Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Psychological Services Director typically reports to top management. The Psychological Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Psychological Services Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.     Position Summary:

    As an ABA Mid-Level Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing individualized ABA programs in collaboration with the BCBA, ensuring alignment with clients' unique needs and goals. Your knowledge and skills will play a crucial role in continually enhancing therapy outcomes and contributing to the overall success and growth of the ABA program.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Collaborate with BCBA to design, modify, and implement ABA programs tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client;
    • Regularly review and update behavior intervention plans based on data analysis and progress monitoring;
    • Oversee data collection and analysis processes, ensuring accurate and timely data entry, graphing, and interpretation;
    • Foster strong relationships with clients' families by providing regular updates on progress, addressing concerns, and offering guidance on how to generalize skills from therapy sessions into daily routines;
    • Coordinate team meetings, case reviews, and training sessions to facilitate ongoing professional development of behavior technicians;
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Your Knowledge and Skills:

    • You possess a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, sociology, or other related field;
    • You have at least three years of experience providing ABA intervention services;
    • Data drives you; you excel at collecting data to help you track client progress effectively;
    • Communication is one of your superpowers; you have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members;

    • You are a master of time management; you lean on your time management and organizational skills to ensure efficient delivery of services, including managing session schedules, materials, and documentation.
    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to stand, sit, and move around for extended periods during therapy sessions;
    • Capacity to bend, stoop, kneel, and physically engage with clients as needed;
    • Visual and auditory acuity to observe and respond to client behaviors accurately;
    • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds as needed.
