As a Licensed Psychologist, you will have a positive impact on the growth of this expanding healthcare company. As part of this mission, you will provide diagnostic evaluations and oversee treatment planning for patients receiving ABA therapy. Research, develop, and implement clinical programs that meet and exceed best practice guidelines. Develop care models to meet client needs and expectations while assisting center managers. This role will provide support around surrounding Little Rock, AR locations.

The Need: You will play a pivotal role in the implementation of clinical outcomes studies and performance improvements. This position offers a unique blend of people skills, problem-solving, collaboration, and the ability to travel to multiple locations and improve efficiency within the centers.
What you’ll do:
- You’ll conduct weekly diagnostic evaluations for children referred due to concerns related to autism and/or other developmental delays. This includes concerns related to autism and/or other developmental delays, clinical interviewing, observations, and standardized measures
- Provide direct services with individual, family, and group services and psychological evaluations
- Monitor evidence-based clinical care models, standards, and practice guidelines to meet consumer needs
- Engage in the design and implementation of clinical outcomes studies and performance improvements
- Ensure clinical services, products meet the expectations of customers and stakeholders
- Protect patient rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations and company policies
Experience Needed:
- Doctoral degree and licensed in the state applicable as a Psychologist
- Proficiency with screenings/diagnostic assessments including ADOS, ADI-R, Sensory Profile, Vineland, and CARS
- Participated in special education programs and service trainings
- Proficiency in case conceptualization and report writing
- Compassion, self-sufficient, problem solver, effective communicator, and someone who is detail-oriented
