- Analyze, build and create new relationships with referring and non referring offices
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Promote and distribute marketing press campaigns working with our marketing team
- Increase marketing office visits while continuing to add new offices to referral base
- Work side by side with Senior Marketing Director
- Must be a result driven individual with extraordinary multitasking skills
- Research, generate and create new exciting marketing ideas
- Must have time management skills
- Attend Quarterly meetings
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
