    The Client Relations Specialist is responsible for providing superior client support to all current and potential IRA Financial account holders. They will do this by identifying specific needs through intent listening and asking open-ended questions, and assist the client directly or transfer to the appropriate department. The person who holds this position should have great attention to detail, the ability to multitask, good organizational skills and excellent communication skills. They will be expected to continuously update their knowledge of IRA Financial products, services, and policies.

    Responsibilities & Duties

    •  Stay up-to-date on full range of IRA Financial products and services, including the multiple types of IRAs offered and the Solo 401(k) option.
    • Professionally correspond with co-workers and clients via phone, email and chat.
    • Assist clients in navigating their self-directed IRA accounts and provide guidance on account-related activities.
    • Proactively reach out to clients to provide updates and address concerns, maintaining a professional and friendly demeaner during interactions.
    • Educate clients on investment options when appropriate to help them make informed decisions.
    • Display a solid understanding of the IRA Life Cycle, and know when to transfer inquiries to a specialized department based on information gathered from client communication.
    • Work with other departments at IRA Financial to find answers for customer questions and reach solutions for problems.
    • Maintain client confidentiality by following company policies and procedures.
    • Other tasks as assigned by management.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • 1-2 Years Customer Service Experience (required)
    • Banking and IRA Experience (preferred)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
    • Strong verbal and written communication
    • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
    • Ability to function successfully in a fast-paced, at times stressful environment
