We are seeking a presentable Public Relations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing various aspects of public relations and communications with our clients locally, via phone, email, text, virtual appts and more.
Responsibilities: ALL RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TRAINED BY DIRECTOR
- Assist in creating and implementing campaigns tasked by Director.
- Draft and edit press articles, and other communication materials tasked by Director
- Conduct research to support PR planning tasked by Director
- Manage social media platforms
- Assist in organizing and executing promotional events
-Must be VERY presentable for zoom viewing as you will spend alot of time on zoom alongside the Director
-Meeting clients in house and face to face or remote
-Answering phone calls, emails text and more...
Requirements:
- Must have a VERY presentable and business like appearance with a STRONG communication background with text responses and follow ups to questions when available.
-Must NOT be afraid to meet new people and introduce yourself or answer phones presentably.
-Must have a standing reputation in the community, No social media with vulgar posts or divisive political commentary, nude images or anything sketchy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Microsoft and excel spreadsheets experience a plus
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data assigned by director
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work when available and to be timely and organized.
- Experience in public speaking is a plus
