Public Relations Manager develops and implements policies and procedures for the public relations department. The Saddleback Showroom and Public Relations Specialist(SPRS) is responsible for sharing the Saddleback Leather message to our guests in our showroom and to the world. This dual role will operate out of our showroom and be available to assist customers that come in to shop and visit. This Showroom role requires a unique combination of being able to close sales as well as cultivate long-term relationships with Saddleback customers.
The Public Relations responsibilities include creating and publishing Saddleback Leather Company news and information to influencers, bloggers and relevant news outlets in coordination with the Marketing Team. This position is also responsible for keeping up with all current brand tools for public relations and content marketing.
The SPRS accomplishes this through direction from the Marketing Manager and by coordinating with the Marketing Team members and other relevant Saddleback departments. The SPRS needs excellent writing skills, relationship skills, innovation, resourceful initiative, a positive attitude, strong follow-through, and the overwhelming desire to learn. Key relationship building, solving problems swiftly and effectively, and asking questions are other ways the SPRS ensures a solid relationship is formed with the Saddleback team and our customers.
