The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic outreach initiatives, cultivating relationships with prospective residents and their families, and promoting community engagement. This role requires a keen understanding of public relations, event planning, and sales techniques to effectively market our community to potential residents.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive outreach strategies to attract prospective residents to the community.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, and referral sources to generate leads and referrals.
Plan and coordinate marketing events, including open houses, community tours, and informational seminars, to showcase the benefits of living in our community.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and social media content tailored to our target demographic.
Conduct outreach activities, such as networking events, presentations, and community partnerships, to increase visibility and brand awareness.
Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries from potential residents and their families, providing information about our community, amenities, and lifestyle offerings.
Conduct personalized tours of the community for prospective residents, highlighting key features and addressing any questions or concerns.
Utilize sales techniques and persuasive communication skills to guide prospective residents through the decision-making process and secure new move-ins.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, leads, and sales interactions using our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, identify areas for improvement, and achieve sales targets.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to inform marketing and sales strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
At least two years’ proven experience in public relations, outreach, sales, or a related field, with a track record of achieving goals and metrics.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with individuals of diverse backgrounds and personalities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and generating innovative marketing ideas.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events and community outreach activities.
