You will work closely with the Marketing Director and team to execute a variety of tasks within marketing, social media, sales, public relations, event coordination, and internal communication, to name a few. The world of technology and ALLO is constantly evolving, you won’t be expected to exhibit transformation skills in the interview, but we will want to hear about your ability to adapt, flex, and pivot as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES Hustle hard on day-to-day execution of events, sponsorships, and local involvement. You know the saying this meeting could have been an email? Not here. We’re a team of collaborators. How are your note taking skills? Jot down notes, send agendas, assign tasks to other team members to execute the event flawlessly. Outlook may become your best friend. Responsible for keeping event calendars up-to-date. Establish project timelines within Monday.com to ensure key milestones are met and projects are delivered on time, keeping our Marketing team ALLO-awesome. Don’t forget the numbers. Let’s talk sales. Are we getting new customers and keeping customers with the events we are sponsoring or hosting? We thrive on awesome customer service which means part of your week will be spent working in ALLO offices to engage with customers, offer coverage, and build relationships. Get involved! EDUCATION: Associate or 4-year degree EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years of experience SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES: Must be able to travel. Cool under pressure. Highly organized. Strong written and oral communication. Motivate others to meet deadlines in a face-paced environment. Goal-oriented with an ability to motivate and inspire. Right-brained, left-brained we want your whole brain: Wide degree of creativity and latitude Problem solver with a get it done attitude Huddle up and combine efforts for team projects Know when the time is right to work efficiently on your own Always open mentality (new ideas, constructive criticism, team feedback, departmental input).
