Public Relations Specialist jobs in Daytona Beach, FL

Munizzi Law seeks applicants in the hopes we can welcome a new client relations specialist to our growing business law and real estate practice. We are looking for a responsible individual to perform a variety of client-focused, administrative, and clerical tasks. This is primarily a client-facing position, so applicants must have outstanding customer service skills.

Schedule, Compensation & Benefits: The standard work hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 9 AM-5 PM. However, we have flexible Fridays and the large majority of the time the Firm closes at 2PM on Fridays. We provide a competitive base salary and review compensation on an ongoing basis to ensure employee salaries are reflective of their knowledge, responsibilities, and growth. Required Skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have a “customer-first” mentality.
• Must be able to function effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and balance competing priorities well.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive.
• High School degree; background in customer service and client relations; industry knowledge preferred but not required.

Position Responsibilities:

• Answer calls directed to the Firm, “triage” needs, and direct callers to the appropriate staff member.
• Correspond with staff, clients, external parties, referral sources, vendors, and others.
• Perform client intake and client management functions (i.e. perform legal client intake to determine the potential client’s needs, schedule appointments, and follow up with clients).
• Schedule appointments, and calendar critical events.
• Assist Firm members with day-to-day tasks.
• Organize and maintain client matters and documents in the Firm's electronic filing system.
• Maintain relationships with our referral sources (i.e. send thank you cards, maintain necessary tracking systems, etc).
• Perform receptionist duties in our Downtown DeLand office.
• Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Send outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate person.
