Public Relations Specialist jobs in Las Vegas, NV

We have office locations in St. George and Hurricane, Utah and we are looking for a full-time, on-site Vice President of Public Relations.

This executive role involves leadership across three key departments within the company: the Public Relations Campaigns Department, the Strategic Alliance Department, and the Success Department. As one of the primary VPs, you will also hold a seat on the Advisory Council, consisting of six other members. This council plays a crucial role in offering pivotal input, insights, and advice to the major decisions affecting the entire company.

Major responsibilities include:

• Directing and leading a dynamic team of 10 professionals to achieve strategic PR objectives.
• Strategically expanding Balance of Nature’s influence and impact across local, regional, national, and global spheres.
• Spearheading comprehensive oversight of internal and external events, strategic partnerships, philanthropic initiatives, medical advisory board collaborations, sales strategies, sponsorships, customer success programs, and high-profile client relations.
• Providing strategic counsel and insights at the highest level, actively contributing to the company's advisory council to drive transformative growth.
• Defining and implementing the overarching brand strategy and ensuring its consistent execution throughout all touchpoints.
• Taking charge of annual budget planning and allocation while upholding the company's established standards.
• Orchestrating and optimizing team meetings, production processes, and goal-setting endeavors.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional marketing teams to align PR initiatives with broader marketing strategies.

Qualifications we seek in our ideal candidate:

• Expertise in crisis management, digital marketing (with a minimum of 1 years in each), and a substantial track record of leadership roles spanning at least 6 years.
• Demonstrated leadership prowess and adeptness in team management.
• A degree or certification in public relations or related fields, emphasizing your commitment to continuous learning and industry expertise.

• Mastery in high-level branding strategies, demonstrating an understanding of brand development and maintenance.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Exceptional communication skills and attentive listening abilities that foster effective collaboration and relationship-building.
• An adaptable, professional demeanor and emotional intelligence, which creates the ability to skillfully navigate diverse professional scenarios.

Compensation:

• Competitive annual salary and bonus opportunities ranging from $60,000 to $80,000.

Schedule:

• Full-time, on-site commitment, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
