COMMUNITY RELATIONS SPECIALIST
Our team in South Plainfield currently has an opening for a Community Relations Specialist
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
This position can be remote.

Help drive company culture and employee engagement through execution of engagement events calendar for the wider BSP Americas organization.

Liaise with local and regional teams within BSP to implement various region specific culture and engagement activities.

With direction and support from HR, coordinate various GPTW initiatives, prepare presentation decks and schedule appropriate meetings.

In preparation for and in alignment with Communications, HR and Marketing, prepare internal content and communication materials (such as quarterly newsletters for various industries, employees announcements, success stories and intranet content) for internal BSP employees, on a wide range of BSP topics,.

In partnership with Communications and BSP Executive Teams, support planning, implementating and executing internal communication campaigns.

Support Women in Food and Nutrition and other internal BSP groups.

Prepares and edits management correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents for BSP Executive Teams.
- Maintains SharePoint for executives.
- Files, prints, and retrieves documents and reference materials.
- Coordinates project-based work.

Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines.

Support communication administration, including but not limited to translation coordination, where applicable.
YOUR PROFILE
- Post-secondary education in Project Management/Administration, Communications, Maketing, Public Relations, or related field;

Sound Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills;

Previous experience with design programs, such as Adobe or other design tools;

Superior communication and writing abilities;
-
Multi-lingual (English/French/Spanish) is considered to be an asset.
