Role Summary: As the Lead PR Specialist, you will be responsible for developing strategic PR campaigns and managing our media relations. Your expertise in crafting impactful narratives and your ability to lead and inspire a team will be crucial in driving our company’s PR initiatives to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative public relations strategies that align with our company’s goals, including increasing visibility for our CEO and key initiatives.
• Foster strong relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and community leaders to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Manage social media communications on behalf of the company, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all platforms.
• Oversee the creation of press materials, including press releases, media kits, and speeches.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Identify and manage collaborations and partnerships for social and community outreach.
• Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Sales, HR) to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message.
• Stay updated with industry trends and make recommendations for best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in public relations or a related area, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of designing and executing successful public relations campaigns.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on detail and results.
• Proficient in PR software and social media platforms.
