Large Passenger Transportation Company is seeking a qualified Dispatcher! Candidates should have availability for full time scheduling. Must have exceptional computer and customer service skills. Candidates must be able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure and work well in a team environment.

Dispatcher Responsibilities:

• Ensure the proper dispatching of chauffeurs and vehicles to the designated pick-up locations according to customer reservations and requests.
• Courteously assist any clients or outside calls with immediacy and high customer service level.
• Relay/coordinate messages, changes and trip information to and from chauffeurs and clients using company procedures; to include: texting, telephone and various logistical software.
• Efficiently execute logistical changes to include vehicle or chauffeur in order to accomplish all rides as ordered.
• Monitors chauffeurs, vehicle movements and client requests to ensure accurate, timely and proper high quality service delivery to all clients.
• Responsible for the location of all vehicles and the timeliness of all rides.
• Accomplish organizational goals by acting as a leader and accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to the position, your team, and the company.
• Perform any other duties or requests that might be required at the managements request.

Dispatcher Job Requirements:

Ability to Learn, Understand and Use numerous types of software and technological capabilities; including:

• Special Purpose Multi-LIne Telephone System
• Livery Coach Software and various other software and internet based logistics tools
• Internet based texting system
• Remote Dynamics GPS Tracking
• Microsoft Office
• Microsoft Outlook E-mail Exchange
• Fax, Copy and Scan Machine

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
