Rudy’s Limousine Service is looking for a experienced Dispatcher to join our team. Rudy's (Headquarters in Stamford, CT) is a well-established company and has been providing service in corporate transportation throughout the tri-state area since 1956. In this position you will be helping to dispatch over 100 executive chauffeurs and vehicles as part of our Dispatch team. As dispatcher you will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of our transportation services. This includes assigning drivers to pick up and drop off clients, monitoring vehicle locations, and communicating with clients and drivers to ensure on-time arrivals and departures. Additionally, you may be responsible for handling any issues that arise during transportation, such as vehicle malfunctions, traffic delays, or customer complaints.

You will need to be available to help at peak call volume and when needed due to inclement weather, unanticipated emergencies.

You will need to work on SantaCruz, our computer software system.

Skills Preferred:

• Ability to learn and operate a computerized reservation system. Knowledge of ground transportation reservation software such as Santa Cruz or Limo Anywhere a plus.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent Time Management
• Have a strong knowledge of the Tri-State area and its surrounding airports.
• Organized and detail oriented

Preferred:

• Dispatching experience preferred.

Job Details:

Full Time, Multiple shifts available, night, weekends. Holidays may be needed.

Starting at $18-$22 per hour depending on experience

This is an In-Person position. Must be able to commute to Stamford, CT.
