Job Summary:
The Human Resource Generalist will take charge of all aspects of recruiting within the HR department, managing the hiring process from start to finish. This includes sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process. They will also be responsible for negotiating job offers, coordinating onboarding activities, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
