    Advises management on appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
    Perform other duties as required or assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Bachelor's degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

    STANDOUT SKILLS:
    Experience with a multi-state environment
    In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations
    Strong Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR Practices.
    A ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
    HR certifications is a plus (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.)
