Format and edit all Contract Deliverables (CDRL) for adherence to project templates, and recommend format and content revisions to improve document quality
Maintain all project runbooks, process materials, references, escalation lists, etc.
Notify customer and other stakeholders regarding document location and availability, and distribute as needed (post to SharePoint, or provide hardcopies/delivery)
Control document versions and proofread all submissions
Serve as customer liaison for publication status and deliverables tracking
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all external (CDRL) and internal (non-deliverable) project documentation
Work with System Administrators and Field Technicians on Annual Maintenance Plan updates/ submissions, and site inspection documentation for non-CDRL submissions, all on SharePoint.
Review prepared site closeout packages for distribution ensuring compliance, prior to release to the customer via SharePoint.
Assist Change Request Manager with database upkeep, chairing meetings, customer reports/interface, and other CM duties as required
Availability on short notice for emergency Change Request (CR) processing - must work at a fast pace with accuracy when needed
Basic Qualifications:
Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office suite (especially Word and PowerPoint) and Outlook
Must possess excellent communication skills writing, interviewing team members, and public speaking important for all coordination, documentation development, and customer-facing activities
Proven ability to multi-task and deliver on deadline in a stressful, 24/7 critical and dynamic environment
Must competently translate technical concepts into comprehensible terms
Very strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills needed to handle multiple concepts and distinct situations
Must balance priorities of speed, quality, and precision to facilitate business flow
Dependability/reliability (daily attendance and punctuality), and resourcefulness to resolve issues required
Preferred Qualifications:
Must possess strong project and time management skills, and demonstrate self-initiative to plan/schedule daily activities, with minimal supervision
Must be detail-oriented and able to pursue issues aggressively and effectively to closure
Must enforce procedures and follow through on tasks/solicit compliance and cooperation as needed
Must submit quality work and have excellent interpersonal skills
Must work well under pressure, and be able to prioritize issues of concern
Must absorb concepts quickly, and remain focused on deadlines and multiple submissions
Familiarity with SharePoint, Visio, Adobe, AuthorIT, and Remedy database preferred
