What we are looking for:
Our HR Team is looking for a senior HR Generalist with 5-10 years of Employee Relations and some experience in Leave Administration. If you are someone who loves solving complex interpersonal problems, conducting investigations, guiding performance plans, working within union agreements, labor laws, and HR best practices, our team has a place for you. Under the guidance of our HR Director, the ideal candidate can take the lead on the Employee Relations component of our operations, while mentoring and co-learning from our other HR Team Members. While experience in healthcare is not required, it’s certainly helpful. We have a strong need someone who is familiar with union contracts.
